Hi, this sounds very strange, because SAP DB has no bottom to enable not used data devspaces. If the data base consists of three data devspaces, all three data devspaces are used for I/O, in particular SAP DB spreads the I/O over all configured devspaces to increase performance.
For further analyze I need more details.
