This is an internal MS document with commentary (before the doc starts) from the Open Source Organization. The doc apparently was leaked from MS. It shows future MS stratigies on how it may deal with open source.
This is a little off topic but is entertaining and something we all have to deal with (MS). Particularly see the last 3 paragraphs,
as they deal with European (particularly French & German) attitudes to open source and MS. Very interesting reading:

Here is their first shot in a FUD campaign -- that Windows is Cheaper in the long run than Linux. Of course MS paid (funded) the IDC study -- a fact not always reported:
