I smell a rat! Another flavour of the Nigerian type Scams! Do not be caught up with nonsense. The fact that they use "South Africa" annoys me because this is a beautiful country with wonderful people and the last thing we need is a scam implicating South Africa of corruption.
What usually happens is something goes wrong in the transaction and they require a couple of thousand dollars to get the ball rolling from you as the money is caught-up somehow and if you pay you never hear a thing again!
