The database version of today does not have XML support. Unstructured data is stored in fields of type LONG. Future Versions will target the following goals: � Provide an infrastructure for application developers to store complete XML documents in relational databases � Provide appropriate means to index the contents of XML documents for fast retrieval � Provide a general SQL-like interface to access XML documents from the programming environment ----------- ..., is there any news about XML support in SAP DB?
