Create User

Hi All,

I have tried to create users using both the DBMGUI tool and the DBMCLI tool (using API for user_create), but either way I can not connect as that user using the SQL Studio. Has this been experienced by other users before?

Can anybody point me to some documenation on creating users using user_create of DBMCLI,
