specifiying a user with lowercase letters doesn't seem to work:
The statement CREATE USER SASCHA PASSWORD PDW1 DBA works.
The statement CREATE USER "SASCHA" PASSWORD "PDW1" DBA works.
The statement CREATE USER "sascha" PASSWORD "pwd1" DBA does not work ?!
I read all bout the user concept but couldn't find any exclusion for lowercase identifiers or an explanation dealing with that.
What's wrong? Has something to be configured?
