I have the above
software installed.
I also have install
the ODBC interface version 7.4.3.09a installed.
I have configured a
/etc/odbc.ini file that is linked to the following places.
/usr/spool/sql/ini/odbc.ini
/var/spool/sql/ini/odbc.ini
/usr/spool/sql/config/odbc.ini
/var/spool/sql/config/odbc.ini
/home/sapdb/.odbc.ini
/root/.odbc.ini
When ever I try to
connect using the iODBC driver manager I get the error:
IM002:[SAPAG][LIBSQLOD SO]Data source name not found
and not default driver specified.
My Odbc.ini looks
like:
[SDASYS]
Driver = /opt/sapdb/interfaces/odbc/lib/libsqlod.so
;Description=SDASYS
;Database=SDASYS
ServerDB=SDASYS
ServerNode=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
;Trace=On
;Tracefile=/tmp/tracefile
;TraceLevel=100
Driver = /opt/sapdb/interfaces/odbc/lib/libsqlod.so
;Description=SDASYS
;Database=SDASYS
ServerDB=SDASYS
ServerNode=xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx
;Trace=On
;Tracefile=/tmp/tracefile
;TraceLevel=100
What else do I need
to do to get this ODBC connection working!!!
Regards
Garth
Sperring
