I am using SAPDB 7.3.0.29 on RedHat 7.2

My database is about 60G. I wanted to back it up to two mediums.

Things are fine after I did the first backup:
'backup_start data1 migration'
About 40G data transfered.

But when I tried to change the medium:
'backup_replace data2 migraion'
SAPDB generated huge(>10G) file in /var/opt/sapdb/indep_data/wrk/DBNAME/
The file name is 'migration' or 'migraion'. This is very bad because it
filled up the /var.

Did I do something wrong, or SAPDB has to generate some temporary file
if the medium is changed during a backup?

Thanks,
