HOWTO: Database(s) auto startup after reboot?

In Win2k, the service for the given database is defined and the service is
set to 'automatic' but after reboot the given database does not start
automatically, I have to start the database using the dbmgui.

In Linux, I have not tested the above scenario yet but thought I could
solicit instructions on how to ensure *all* databases are started
automatically after reboot.
You can get a list of all the databases with 'dbmcli db_enum', but you'll need username and password of the dbm user, so there's no way to automate this without some additional configuration file.
