I've installed SAP DB 7.4 on a w2k system and I created a new test database. However, the database install process stopped on the "Load System Tables" phase. After reading some messages from the SAP DB General List Service, I tried to do it manually but got the same error. Here are the steps I took to get the system tables loaded--
