VB was not a good decision, that's true. I would like to see some kind of "platform independant" DBM too, altough i'm in fact very thankful to have SAP's DBMGUI.Due Software Design errors (choosing Visual-trash-Basic) instead of C++/QT VX.y it is impossible to port the SQL Studio directly to unix.
2. Write your own WebSQL Studio using QT3.1 and share this to all
Or join the java-project ...
... which is located atThere is also a dbmgui project, written in java, find it for searching "dbmjui" or sapdb in freshmeat. (http://freshmeat.net).
http://dbmjui.sourceforge.net/
As the JDBC-Driver of SAPDB seems to be quite solid, and Java is platform-independant, i would like to see that this application becomes a nearly complete replacement for SAP's DBM.
It doesn't have much features yet, even the wizard isn't working, but i would support this project if i had the time.
