Hi,

I have SAPDB 7.4Beta on a Presario (2700) Laptop running M$ XP Home.

Every thing works fine except:

I have the habit of letting the computer go in standby mode (and not
shutdown) from one session to another.

When I wake the computer from stadby mode the SAPDB kernel fails to come up:

I see the following message in event log:

Faulting application kernel.exe, version 7.4.3.0, faulting module
kernel32.dll, version 5.1.2600.0, fault address 0x0000d756.

For more information, see Help and Support Center at
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

Next message in the event log:

SAPDB - Sapamsdb :

- INFO TID: 0xA94 PID: 0x6D0 MsgID: 19654

SERVERDB 'SAPAMSDB' has stopped

What I do is to go in Database Manager and restart the DB and every thing
works ok.

I hope this is a known problem and I am not the only one.

Thanks,

Vinay
