Hi,

As the subject says this is not a bug. The zoom window fetches data from a Long Column
as ODBC SQL_BINARY data. The purpose of the zoom window is not to display unicode
characters but to give you an impression of the (raw) data in a long column. You can
activate the hex representation of the zoom
window to see how an unicode character is stored in the database as UCS2.

Regards
Wolfgang

Subject: [BUG] SqlStudio 74 - can't display LONG UNICODE field correctly in Zoom
window.

As the subject says. Displaying the content of LONG UNICODE fields
inline in the Result Set table works OK, but when I try to show the LONG
UNICODE value in Zoom window, I get Ascii instead of Unicode text display...
