You can specify a full path to the dll by tweaking the registry:
Path:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
\SOFTWARE
\SAP
\SAP DBTech
\Dlls
Name Type
TCPIP REG_SZ / REG_EXPAND_SZ
Example: c:\sapdb\7.4\pgm\sqltcp.dll
This entry allows to specify the path to the Kommunication DLL.
I'm not sure if a similar entry was already implemented for Adabas 6.1, the start of
the registry key is probably
HKEY_CURRENT_USER
\SOFTWARE
\Software AG
\ADABAS D
