Title: adding a new application server...

i've taken a mksysb i've one of our application servers and want to begin using this machine as another application server... it has a unique hosthame defined to the outside network... b/c it is a copy of another app. server it has all the file systems and users in place... i've established the NFS mount to /usr/sap/trans

what else do i need to look at? some renames and edits in /home/XXXadm and /usr/sap/XXX/SYS/profile? is there some transaction somewhere that defines the new machine to the SAP landscape (to the message server)?

i'm real new at this, so any help is appreciated...

sap is 3.1i (going to 4.6.c in the spring)
