This looks like a difference in the handling of services between Win2000 and XP. We're 
looking into it.

This is normal, it just indicates that the database is being stopped through the 
services control panel or a system shutdown and not by issuing the proper dbm command. 
In this case, the kernel generates the proper shutdown command internally, so there is 
no problem.
