Assuming that you mean stored procedures written in C++: answer a) they exist, but they aren't documented as they require quite a lot of rules to integrate cleanly into the kernel answer b) a version is currently being developed where stored procedures run in a separate adress space. This doesn't put the kernel in jeopardy and puts less restrictions on the libraries the stored procedures wants to use.
