I have successfully upgraded from 7.4.3.7 Beta to 7.4.3.10 on Win2000 SP3.
I have also upgraded the database successfully as well.

I do however have a couple of questions.

1. When the upgrade is finished, the C:\Program
Files\sapdb\indep_prog\runtime\jar\sapdbc.jar contains an older version of
the JDBC Driver, is this desirable?

2. The online documentation for installing Sap DB 7.4 and the PDF
documentation at http://www.sapdb.org/7.4/pdf/instguide_74eng.pdf, states
that a command of dbmcli -d <database_name> -u <userid>,<password> x_server
stop should be issued. It appears that this is not a valid command for
dbmcli. Maybe what you want is just x_server.exe stop. Or of course
x_server can be stopped from Services in the Administration Tools. Anyway I
think it's a documentation error.

Sincerely,
