I'm pretty sure in \sapdb\data\wrk\PDB\knldiag.err there's a message about DB and log are not consistent. You should RECREATE your database using dbmcli/dbmgui and put it into RESTORE mode (RESTORE instance rather than INSTALL instance). Then the backup should be recovered without errors. And I'd avoid the db_stop after the recover but give immediately a db_warm.
