Its simply because there are Sender: Reply To: From:
headers. A mail agent shall try what is found under 'Reply To', or 'From', and 'Sender' is only a header showing that a 3rd party (here: The mailing list software) has sent the mail to all subscribers in your name. Of course a 'reply to all' usually takes the addresses found under all these fields into account when determining the addresses to which the reply is sent.
