It's 60'000 Euro. This is currently our only support option outside of the mailing
list.

> And what is exactly a CCC? Which support Infrastructure I have access to?

CCC stands for Customer Competence Center. You can submit your problems to the SAP
support system and get a guaranteed response in a certain time frame, depending on the
severity of the problem. For production system, this service is available 24 hours a
day, seven days a week. For severe errors, you'll have the option of allowing SAP
support personnel to log in to your system securely.

> And what do I have to understand with Service level.

Mean time to problem solution.

> An other question I have is what the mandatory maintenance means?
> What can I except from that and what is the price?

These are relevant only if you choose SAP DB to drive SAP applications. The price is a
percentage of the licence fee for the whole application.
