We are using SAP DB 7.3.00.24 on Debian Linux 3.0 (woody). Some of our ESQL applications contain multiple and recursive SQL queries. While they were running fine with ADABAS 6.1, they give the following error message with SAP DB:
System error: AK Datapart too short(35) Errorcode = -9405, ISAM = 0 What might be the reasons for this error message? When we encountered this message for the first time, we rewrote the application/queries so that the error disappeared, but I don't want to do this again.
