On your order I produce description of our ORACLE SERVER which we planning extend to 
SAP DB 7.4.

Parametrs:

open_cursors = 80
max_enabled_roles = 10
db_block_buffers = 17000

shared_pool_size = 350000000

log_buffer = 2048000
sort_area_size = 1000000

db_block_size = 8192
sort_area_size = 1000000

Hardware configuration:

RAM 768 Mb + 200 Mb in swap
tow-proc PIII-600

Description of work:

100 active sessions. Almost  all queries -- storage procedures.

Now this system functioning very Ok!

I'd like known about hardware and database parametrs, which i need to normal work our 
system on SAP DB 7.4.
