Hi Nestor,
To export/import between the database and flat text files, you need to use
the "Replication Manager" (in SAPDB 7.3) or the "Data Loader" (in SAPDB
7.4). These are clearly documented in the manual, with some small example
scripts. It can be tricky to import some files, but exporting is easy.
There are also plenty of discussions and examples on the mailing list if
you search the archives. The way I usually use the replication manager is
to have a .BAT or .SH file I call, that will run the REPM program, pass it
the options for which database and username/password, and also the path to
another file, which contains the script that replication manager
understands. Again the syntax needed for this script can be found on-line
at sapdb.org in the documentation section for Replication Manager/Data
Loader.
Thank you,
