No, not directly.

But OpenOffice+ODBC (unixODBC) will do the job easy.

Install OpenOffice (download from www.openoffice.org),
Press "F4" install the *.dbf file as Datasource, install also
your SapDB instance as ODBC-Datasource.
Do "Copy Table" on the source Table, after that do a
insert Table on the Destination Datasource.

It's limited only by the limits of the Datasource.
