Hi, I heard times that ODBC should be slower than "native", but more portably as DBI. Is that correct? Is there an overview, comparison?
We will support only DBD::ODBC, so there isn't much choice. As ODBC *is* our native API, the 'ODBC is slow' argument isn't really viable.
