Hi,
because the C/C++ Precompiler doesn't parses through your external includes, it can't determine the
size of your typedefs. You can ignore this warning. But be sure that your hostvars based on the same
type definition.
For arrays of external hostvars you can add the array dimension to suppress this warning.

Subject: Problem with cpc, external typedef and a fetch-statement!

hi,

i have a C-typedef in a second file. This one should be used in a FETCH-Statement in the CPC-file.
when running "cpc", i get warnings showing that the length of the external defined structure couldnt be acquired.
should i ignore theses warnings?

Would feel happy about answers to my prob.
