Hi,

yes, as long as the other server has the some operating system and hardware
architecture. IIRC a migration Linux-32bit/Windows-32bit should be possible with newer
versions too.

Subject: Migrating SAPDB database to another server

Hi,

A short question: Is there anything special I should know when migrating
SAPDB database to another server? I just need to do migration-backup and
then on the other server just import it, thats it? And everything, including
table-level user permissions, will be there?

Thanks,
-Andris Spruds
