Hi, I am trying to find out performance of a simple query with SAPDB 7.3 on RedHat Linux 7.3 with 1, 100, and 4000 concurrent connections.
With linux default values (ie. shmmax 33Mb), I cannot set MAXUSERTASKS parameter more thant 300. after i increased shmmax to 500Mb, semafores and file descriptor to 8000 i could set MAXUSERTASKS to 3000 (i was using webdbm web page to set the SAPDB parameters) and able to bring up SPADB properly. But eventhough MAXUSERTASKS is set to 3000 SAPDB is not open no more than 1287 connections, actually SAPDB should allow up to 3000 connections. Any help is apprieciated.
