I searched http://www.sap.com/usa/education/ for DBA, DB Administration, and
Database Administration:
Code Release Name
BC310 46 Technical Core Competence - Windows NT/Oracle
BC314 46 Technical Core Competence - NT/SQL Server
BC317 46 Technical Core Competence (DB2 UDB on UNIX and NT)
BC390 46 Technical Core Competence - OS/390
BC505 46 Database Administration - Oracle
BC511 46C Database Administration - Informix Online
BC520 46 Database Administration - MS SQL-Server
BC530 46 Database Administration - DB2/390
BC535 46 Database Administration - DB2 UDB
TADM51 mySAP Technology DB Administration (ORACLE)
TADM56 mySAP Technology DB Administration (DB2 UDB)
Where did I go wrong? I don't see any that appear to be for "SAP DB in SAP installations".

Sorry to have missed you last evening on #sapdb.
The DBA course that exists is geared toward SAP DB in SAP installations. Because of this, it has been decided against promoting it on sapdb.org.
We try to provide more material for aspiring DBAs
- the tool DB Analyzer for spotting performance bottlenecks
- a trouble shooting guide culled from our own support crew
