Hi, I'm being asked to investigate migrating our Oracle 8.1.7.4 (64bit) DBMS platform (R/3 46C) in Solaris 8 to a SAP DB platform. Sr. management wants to know cost issues (in performance and $$) by considering this. Can anybody share with me some information, white papers, feature comparisons, migration costs (in time and $$)? Any information would be helpful - thanks!
