I'm not totally sure about this issue. I suspect that
the problem is caused by lacking Unicode support of Win98/Me.
At least this is the main difference between the setup-dll
of 7.3 and 7.4.

The workaround of using the sqlsp32.dll of the 7.3 package
should work as long as there are no Unicode characters in
the DSN definition.

This problem should not appear under Win NT, Win2000 etc.
Otherwise please let me know.
