Hi,

you have duplicated entries in the registry where the Database Manager
store the configuration. Run 'regedit' and look under 

HKEY_CURRENT_USER/Software/SAP/SAP DBTech/Applications/Database
Manager/Tree

There are stored the folders you have define in the Database Manager.

Look in all folders to the entries DB1-DBn. It there are a database
twice in one folder then delete one of the entry DBx.

After this the Database Manager should restart able again.
