have a look into your Registry->HKEY_CURRENT_USER->Software->SAP->SAP DB Tech->Applications->Database Manager->Tree Under Tree you find the tree of the database folders. Look for entries with the same name (e.g. DB3). If you find such a duplicate entry, delete one of those.
