How to restore / move sap database to a new server

[Sumedha Mungale/Radsystems]

I have a 7.3 database and I did a complete backup for migration as suggested by you.
Take backup to new server, trying to restore and get following error message

- 24994 runtime environment error [db_cold -f]; -2; kernel start failed

Please advise.
