I need to update a long column. In the sapdb.general digest, Vol 1 #937, message "1. Re: Problem with LONG column (Daniel Dittmar)" Daniel say that ia need to prepare de update sentence before execute to use long columns. Using odbc, How to define the parameter in the sql sentence ? Sql Server use this sintax "UPDATE users Set Name = ? WHERE Id =1". The character '?' is replaced with parameter value. What sintax sapdb odbc driver use to define parameters ?
