Hello, all.

I have a rather perplexing problem. I have a table owned by a DBA user.
There is a single foreign key referencing another table owned by the same
user.

Today, I went to drop this foreign key, and I received the message
"Invalid Table Name". My syntax is correct (verified against some other
tables), but the FK will not go away. So, I ran some other tests against
the table.

Short version: I can rename the offending table, I can add columns to it,
and drop those columns. I can even rename the table. I cannot, however
drop the foreign key constraint and I cannot even drop the table itself.
I suspect something is very wrong.

What log files do I need to watch for errors while trying to drop the
offending table? Are there additional logging options I need to turn on?

Thanks.
