I'm sorry if this question has already been answered before, but anyway - about fulltext indexing. SAPDB currently lacks ability to index BLOB columns for full-text searches.
As this is a feature of all other major database servers (inlc. MySQL), are there any plans to introduce it in next SAPDB versions?
If so, in which position of the priority list it is?
SAP projects can use a text indexing engine that is not Open Source. So there isn't much chance that we will write or integrate a different one for Open Source.
