May be there is a slight naming-conflict: but what we mean with monitoring is checking the used resources, the number of rows read, the time consumed, what is not meant is auditing, i.e. even with command monitoring on you will not be able to read the logfile and to check who did which change. BTW: there is no feature to be able to check this logfile.
