FROM: DR. ERUTE EVANS
NIGERIAN NATIONAL PETROLEUM CORPORATION (NNPC)
FALOMO OFFICE COMPLEX,
LAGOS, NIGERIA.
Sir,
First, I apologise using this medium to reach you for a transaction/business of
this magnitude, but this is due to Confidentiality and prompt access reposed on this medium.
I am Dr. Erute Evans and I solicit your strict confidence in this transaction.
Through some discreet inquiries from my local chambers of commerce, you
and your organization were revealed as being quite astute in private
enterpreneurship. One has no doubt in your ability to handle a financial
business of considerable amount, which will form the bedrock of an extensive
business partnership in due course. In unfolding this proposal, I want to count
on you as a respected and honest individual and hope that you will handle this
transaction with all maturity and confidentiality it deserves.
I am a member of the Federal Government Contract Award and Monitoring
Committee in the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (NNPC) .
Sometime ago, a contract was awarded to a foreign firm by my committee in
the NNPC. This contract was over invoiced to the tune of US$21,500,000.00
(Twenty one million, five hundred thousand USD) . this was done deliberately .
The over-invoicing was a deal by my committee to benefit from the the
project. Specifically the contract was for the: Construction of Heavy duty
Drilling pipelines Network and Calibration for crude oil and down
stream products distribution and subsequent evacuation for the
Kaduna, Port Harcourt and Warri Refineries and Petro-chemical
companies which are subsidiaries of the NIGERIAN NATIONAL
PETROLEUM CORPORATION (NNPC).
We now desire to transfer this money, which is in the NNPC suspense account
with the Central Bank of Nigeria to any overseas Account which we expect
you provide for us.
Needless to say, the trust reposed in you at this juncture is enormous, we have
agreed amongst ourselves to offer you 25% of the transferred sum while 10%
shall be set aside for incidental expenses during the course of the transaction. It
is our intention therefore, having your understanding and cooperation to invest
our share of this fund in importation of oil prospecting equipment to
sub-Saharan Africa, as it will be virtually impossible to retrieve our share in
cash.
In order to get this business underway, I would require from you by this email
address [EMAIL PROTECTED] or by return fax and telephone confirmation of
as a matter of urgency the following:
1). Account / Beneficiary name and or company name, address, office, and
home telephone and fax #
2). Name, Address, Telephone and Fax # of receiving Bank.
This will be used to process the payment.
Note: That if you are indisposed to assisting us, Kindly delete/destroy
for the sake of confidentiality and the interest of the personalities
involved.
I hope to hear from you soon.
Best Regards,
Dr. Erute Evans
