I tried to migrate my 7.3.x install to 7.4 (on my development machine) and apparently trashed my sapdb system. So, I ended up completely uninstalling and reinstalling the software. However, I'm still getting the same error in the DBMGui, -4 communication error. Right now it's when I try to create a new database instance (there isn't one at all right now). The exact dialog box I'm getting is:
