DBMServer 7.3.0 Build 029-000-087-696
Linux 2.4.20

When I create a Unicode-enabled database and specify unicode=yes in URL
connection string, everything works fine concerning normal CRUD operations.

The strange behaviour (bug?) is experienced with the INITCAP function. The
kernel simply seems to ignore the function, and Unicode (specifically,
Cyrillic) characters are not being processed - the result is the original
column version. It works 100% fine with ASCII chars.

Please, advise.
