Data modeller for SAP

Hi,     Are there any visual datamodellers for windows designed for or compatible with SAPdb syntax? I need to use special identifiers (double quoted) and i think ERwin doesnt do that...also the data types are different from other rdbms...   thanks, gonzalo casas
