 message not available  is not the problem.
Most errors found if the kernel is not in online/warm-state will result
in that, just meaning:
sorry guy, look at the NUMBER given, check it in the message-manual,
because of being not online, I (the kernel) am not able to fetch the
text usually provided with an error.

BTW: if there is an number 249xy, then there will often be another number
given.
And that second one is the most important.
