Hi, the error -715 means "Missing username or password for CONNECT". It seems to be a problem of your configuration. There are different reasons for this error. In general the username/password will be taken from the xuser file. The xuser entry is maintained by the SAP installer.
If you cannot solve your problem you should open an OSS message. This mailing list is for the Opensource Database SAP DB and we cannot answer questions concerning R/3-applications.
