Can anyone help??? I have a database created in a local linux server (RedHat 7.3) using version 7.4.3.10 of sapdb I'm backing it up (Complete backup from a Window machine using Windows Database manager) and I'm backing up also the logs of it (as a separate file). I'm creating an instance (with the same parameters and everything) in a remote linux server (RedHat 7.3) using version 7.4.3.17 of sapdb I upload both files (data and logs) Then I go in the webdbm for the remote machine and shift the database to admin mode. I restore the data file and it's ok (I don't press the restart) When I press the restart it gives me an error that log and data are incompatible!!!! I try to restore the log file and I get : -8888 connection broken!!!!!
