When installing SAPDB 7.4 and having created a new instance database, called DBTEST, I attempt to start the instance via the database manager or the command line and the error that I receive is as follows:
"error code : -24994" "runtime environment error [db_warm -f]; -2,Kernel start failed" it seems as if the service that I have installed will not start? Any suggestions...
