Hi,

could you send the file dbm.knl of the original database. It 
seems to me, that the log-backup just not match your data.
You also could issue the commands

util_connect
medium_label auto 002
util_release

to see, if the needed Log-Entries are really on this
LogBackup. The interval defined by "First LOG Page"
and "Last LOG Page" should contain the needed IOSequence
14401.
