Hello,

you should not use operating-system copy for backup/recovery
(i.e. do not copy a volume). Instead of this use the backup
and recovery mechanism of SAPDB in order to ensure the integrity
of the database.
So take the backup made at 8:00 pm, restore it and afterwards
the eventually necessary log-backups (the DBMGui will show you
what is needed).

regards, Martin
