Linux RedHat 8.0 SAPDB 7.3.21 running the same processing for about a year with no problems is suddenly crashing repeatedly on a row insert with the error:
2003-07-18 03:55:40 1589 ERR 53000 B*TREE IdxOrder.SubNode invalid; 10858062

There are no bad indexes. I located some unused indexes and deleted them. The error still occurs while processing the same data, although the node number in the error is now lower. Repeating the insert with the same data causes the same error at the same node number. Repeating similar inserts but skipping this specific record causes a similar crash on a different data record and a different node number. However, many similar inserts will succeed before the crash occurs. The database can be restarted. No evidence of disk errors. The database is using raw partitions. It is about 100 GB in size with 76% used.
